If you want to help existing and new SAS clients gain analytical digital insights to engage with customers over web and mobile channels you should keep reading. We are looking for a Consultant who has a deep understanding of enterprise marketing solutions implementations from the solution architecture and design to requirements gathering, developing prototypes, solution build, application testing, technical documentation and general database/analytics concepts.

 

 Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leading SAS Customer Intelligence software solutions implementations within campaign management, contact optimisation, email/SMS marketing, event-based marketing and real-time interactive marketing including integrating these solutions to customers’ existing systems both in regards to data and channels
  • Translating capabilities in SAS Customer Intelligence software solutions to cover and meet relevant business processes of our customers
  • Advising and supporting customers with SAS Customer Intelligence 360 solutions in the field of digital marketing. Analysing and understanding the client’s business at a functional and/or technical level as well as building relationships with client
  • Helping customers develop more personalized interactions across all digital channels and relevant, satisfying, valued customer experiences in customer digital journeys
  • Scoping, defining work effort and estimating cost on the delivery aspects of the phase/project. Providing consulting and conducting reviews throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure that implementations are aligned with proposed and designed solutions
  • Providing reliable delivery of targeted project results through role as expert in the application of specific SAS methodologies, projects and technologies
  • Interfacing with SAS Product Management, Pre-Sales, and Technical Support and Research and Development staff as needed to resolve complex technical issues

 

Location: Oslo, Norway preferred.

 

Do you qualify?

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Digital Marketing , Computer Science or Information Technology or Master of Science
  • Experience in a business/consulting environment with specific focus in software implementation, processes and/or project based experience of Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing Management , Customer Intelligence solutions such as campaign management, marketing operations management or inbound marketing/real-time
  • Ability to travel to client locations through the Nordics
  • Understanding of the role analytics plays within the marketing process and strong knowledge of marketing technologies
  • Ideally experience with web development, infrastructure, data management and digital marketing and understanding of marketing technologies
  • Involved in web and mobile marketing
  • Ability to speak Norwegian and English
