We are currently seeking an accomplished Manager, Pre-Sales Support.


You will have responsibility for directly manage a staff consisting of personnel within the Pre-Sales Support Job Families in order to provide sales consultation to SAS customers on our product and solution portfolio, to assist in the creation and implementation of sales initiatives, optimal staffing for sales support execution and the establishment of best practices that drive SAS revenue.


You will be mostly dedicated to government, retail, manufacturing, services, communication sectors.


Knowledge, Experience and Skills required


  • Ability to work with and lead a team.
  • Demonstrated understanding of hardware and software sales techniques and principles;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of at least one industry or market segment;
  • Knowledge of corporate/government software and hardware acquisition cycles and buying influences preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills; demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to work and learn independently;
  • Ability to travel.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and practices.
  • Knowledge of company’s marketing concepts.
  • Fluent in English.

We attach particular importance to the pre sales mindset and values of the candidate.




This position requires preferably a minimum of eight years of experience in technical sales, marketing, or support. Three years of experience selling, supporting, or using applications with SAS or similar technologies. Two years’ experience in a leadership role.





The French HQ is based out of the South West of Paris and you will also be able to utilise our satellite office located in La Défense, which is a modern working environment with superb facilities to promote creativity and collaboration.
