    IT Support Analyst

     

    SAS is a high-tech software company, using state of the art software and hardware. We are looking for an IT Support Analyst who can support IT technologies by applying his/her personality, service desk experience, and knowledge of technology plus people behavior.

     

    The Opportunity

     

    You build the bridge between people and technology. You will provide service desk and on-site support in collaboration with your IT colleagues in Denmark and across the Nordic region.

    Your responsibilities will also include:

    • Communicate effectively with internal customers and other IT experts
    • Train users in using our technology.
    • Suggest, manage and implement projects to assist the service desk
    • Build knowledge of IT technologies, specialized technical and business domain knowledge.
    • Build expertise to interpret documentation, to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex business and/or technology problems.

    Desired Background

     

    You have experience with IT support having worked in a service desk. This means you have basic knowledge of technologies like Office 365, and you are familiar with various operating systems and client systems solutions.

     

    But more importantly, you are service minded and understand the users need, you are curious and explore the right solution, you work structured and you may even have experience with project management.

     

    Skills like:

    • Good communication skills in Danish & English
    • Eager to learn and eager to impact. Always wants to be and do better
    • Ability to think out of the box solutions

    You resolve a wide range of issues in an efficient and creative ways, and you can identify areas for improvement and drive the implementation of the right solutions.

     

    You work independently; with minimal guidance on day-to-day work and new projects or assignments.

     

    You have as minimum a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related quantitative field or industry domain.
