    Human Resources Business Partner


    SAS is looking for an experienced and passionate HR Business Partner who is ready to cover HR agenda end-to-end for approximately 35 employees located in our Budapest office. If you enjoy all aspects of HR agenda with the focus on complex employee relations and promotion of high-quality company culture, this might be your next opportunity


    What you will do:

    • Cover all aspects of HR agenda to provide excellent support to all SAS employees in Hungary
    • Be a trusted advisor for local as well as regional management from tactical as well as strategic perspective
    • Actively work with regional specialists (for example learning and development, compensation, talent acquisition) to develop and implement initiatives across SAS, that are relevant in local environment
    • Drives internal projects and processes with the specialist teams (eg. salary & bonus review process, bonus plan design and calculation)
    • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
    • Drive and execute retention plans, career planning, organizational talent review and other talent management initiatives
    • Manage and resolves complex employee relations issues; facilitates conflict resolution at all levels
    • Ensures valid inputs and control of data with external payroll provider
    • Full responsibility for partner contracts and related legal agenda incl. personal leasing, tax declaration and other operational legal documents in local language
    • Drive and support full employee life-cycle from on-boarding till leaving process

    What you will need:

    • Passion for supporting people, empathy and ability to actively listen
    • Solid professional HR background, preferably from international environment
    • Hands-on experience with HR generalist agenda
    • Above-standard communication skills
    • Fluent Hungarian and fluent English
