    We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will provide a hands on, forward thinking partnering service to the SAS business in the UK.  The role will be crucial in enabling HR initiatives across the UK&I business including working with our COE’s  across Europe and Globally.  Curious, authentic, passionate and accountable are values that genuinely resonate along with a desire to make a positive impact.


    Desired Skills and Experience


    We seek applications from HR generalists who have a passion for Business Partnering.   Experience of influencing across all levels in a complex, fast paced organisation with an appetite for adding value with energy and pragmatism are essential.   To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

    • Preferably CIPD qualified
    • Proven generalist HR strategic and operational Business Partnering experience
    • Proven experience in working within a matrix/ complex organisation
    • Experience of working with sales, consultancy or other high-performance teams and ideally within the IT/Software/ services industry
    • Must be a strong communicator who is able to differentiate their approach to match audience requirements, and a confident ability to substantiate their views
    • Must be a strong team player & able to work on own initiative
    • Comfortable with change & ambiguity as HR evolves across the business
    • Excellent interpersonal skills. Listens as powerfully as they talk
    • Progressive and self-motivated
    • A genuine interest in helping the business to be successful and enriching our employee’s experience
