    • Responsible for smooth operations of entire gamut of Administration & Facilities and Employee satisfaction.
    • Should have good knowledge, competence and experience in managing all Administration & Facilities responsibilities including Insurance, Leave & Attendance Management, Library, Travel etc.
    • Build relationship with employees and stakeholder influences that characterize partnership, cooperation and trust.
    • Sense of ownership required. Should be a self-starter, initiator. Should be a team player.


    • Graduate in any discipline, graduation in science will be an added advantage.
    • 5-6 years’ experience in handling Administration & Facilities operations in a reputed IT Organization.
    • Should have sound knowledge of MS Office. Should have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
    • Process oriented.
    • Ability to perform well under pressure. Ability to adhere to deadlines.
    • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to give attention to details and accuracy.
    • Data Management and MIS reporting.
    • Vendor Management.
    • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
