Digital Customer Experience Lead


Digital Customer Experience Lead is a key partner for the SAS sales team who shapes strategic direction and operational approach in Digital Transformation . She/he is a trusted advisor to the Client management process and marketing team, with the ability to influence them and feed with Customer Intelligence inspirations.  This requires solid understanding of online marketing trends, Client specifics and value drivers influenced by advanced analytics.



  • Builds trusted relationships with business development teams and Client accounts
  • Connects the advanced Customer Intelligence & Digital trends with the actual business value they bring to Client organizations
  • Creates SAS business development strategy with the sales team, to increase awareness in Digital Solutions. Adds value inside the team as well as on the Clients side
  • Proactively creates digital business pipeline on current and new Clients. Leads its execution and involves SAS local and international subject matter experts
  • Supports marketing events, builds interaction and market engagement in cooperation with SAS
  • Clearly articulates the breadth and value of digital analytics across all sectors, and how SAS differentiates in the market
  • Works closely with sales executives and consulting management to validate and create a new Go-to-market approach to mirror actual & future Client needs
  • Contributes to the design and production of sales, pre-sales and marketing materials, including positioning SAS as an expert in digital analytics solutions within conferences, publications, webinars, social media activities
  • Co-ordinates the internal launch of new services / new value propositions to sales team
  • Proactively extends the value of SAS Customer Intelligence & Digital products portfolio
  • Creates Digital Campaigns both inside SAS and on the Client side
  • Closely cooperates with marketing, sales and consulting  teams to validate market driven marketing approaches

  • Can articulate how SAS services add value to a Clients organization or business process and be able to back that up with demonstrated success stories
  • Understands and tracks trends in the Digital Industry to identify new opportunities and create new solutions to mirror the client needs
  • Proactively communicates knowledge to sales colleagues to empower the field to identify opportunities and successfully position the companies digital solutions on the market
  • Develops long-term relationships with digital players and influencers, especially with C-level executives and marketing units



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 6+ years of experience in creating digital campaigns (gathered either in marketing client side or in consulting or digital agencies) or positioning of analytical solutions to Clients, with strong C-level exposure
  • Digital spirit attitude - strong interest in online marketing area including technological side
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing & programmatic ecosystem
  • Current knowledge of marketing trends, digital news
  • Ability to build a fresh, trendy digital story
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Well-developed problem solving skills to bring new ideas to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
  • Strong opinion leadership: ability to generate and populate new ideas reflecting the Clients needs
  • Positive attitude, good people and client approach



Master degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science,  Marketing or other quantitative field related to area of assignment.
