Background: Strategy Consulting in the areas of Digital Transformation and Data & Analytics CoE Development
Industry Consulting : Banking, Insurance, Financial Services & Utilities
The candidate must have strong exposure in consulting BFSI or Utilities clients on their Digital Transformation journey or Data & Analytics CoE development, with particular focus customers being CXOs of large banks, insurance and utility companies.
The candidate must understand business process and technology landscape associated with these areas, along side strong skill-sets in using strategy tools for assessing business models, value chains & strategy outcomes. Strong conceptual and practical experience in use of strategy techniques & methods like business model canvas, insights value chain, value stream mapping, process analysis, lean techniques etc is a must, with strong to moderate orientation & understanding one of the following Industries (Banking, Non-Banking Finance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Oil & Gas, Power Generation & Distribution)
Candidates are expected to have worked with at least two large customers (within the preferred industries) on an end to end strategy engagement across value profiling, benchmarking, designing, recommending, engineering and program managing delivery of strategy deployment projects in the areas of Digital Transformation and Data & Analytics CoE Development. The candidate is expected to possess strong capabilities in making strategy pitches through concept development, presentation and business case development, in order to win customer confidence to engage SAS for strategy engagements, alongside software & services engagements, in addition to participate in existing strategy engagements.
