Technology : Information security and Identity & Access Management

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Information security and Identity & Access Management area.
  • 24x7 shift-work coverage to support the global nature of the business.
  • Role and responsibilities would include:
    • Creating new user accounts for SAS staff and customers
    • Processing account disablements for SAS staff and customers
    • Supporting on-going account management needs for SAS staff and customers such as adding/removing entitlements, account resets, changes to attribute data, etc.
    • Management (creation, changes, deletions) of role entitlements.
    • Serve as the initial point of contact for all request and incident escalations from within the  business.

Essential Skills:

 

     • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Applications or a related discipline.
     • Proven ability to work across team boundaries
     • Good communication skills
     • Proven organization and documentation skills
