What you’ll do

We are currently seeking an Account Executive who will report in to the Sales Director for Public Sector in France. This role is based in our La Défense (92) or Grégy (77) office.

 

In this role you will be working with some key Public Sector acounts in France. You will lead, drive and orchestrate the entire sales process. You are the commercial driver for our offerings. You will have the full responsibility for SAS value proposition with these customers, managing strategic and tactical governance, co-operating closely with key stakeholders to improve and optimize current business as well as identifying and prioritizing new opportunities.

 

What we’re looking for

We are looking for individuals who have a demonstrated track record within Sales and Relationship Management in the Public Sector. Previous experience within the IT industry (preferably Software/analytics) will make sure you have a flying start with us. Ideal applicants will be enthusiastic about helping our customers cope with demanding challenges and turn them into mutually rewarding opportunities. You must be highly motivated, a self-starter, articulate and able to contribute to transformation projects.

Most important attributes are:

  • Bilingual French & English.
  • Knowledge of the Public Sector and an understanding of challenges and problems to be expected in the digital transformation of the industry is a needed to be considered.
  • Experienced within Sales and Relation Management. Comfortable to take a clear leadership role throughout the complex sales cycle, from establishing a relationship and discovering an opportunity, via proving value and negotiating business terms, all the way through to delivering the value we promised.
  • Skilled at understanding people’s needs and priorities. Eager to help people reach their goals while also confident enough to challenge when required.
  • You will benefit from having worked in the software industry. To become successful, you should have an insight into the mechanics of how public organizations can get the best out of their IT solutions. An understanding of change management and how complex projects are procured, including implementation and delivery would be extremely beneficial.
