Position : Renewal Specialist ( Direct contract with SAS)
- Managing SAS India’s software renewal forecasting, designing and managing pipeline of renewal business for the year with KPIs of exceeding revenue goals & on time renewal targets.
- Provide timely forecast and risks associated with renewals to the management and work with various teams to mitigate the same.
- Manage the Sales Incentive program for the entire renewal business. Handle and report achievement versus target/forecast for the sales organization and submit to HR and finance for calculating annual commission and variable amounts.
- Work closely with the Sales organization to send quotation to the customers as per the schedule of renewals.
- Engage with customer’s on regular follow ups to ensure renewal is closed on time.
Data & Representation:
- Ensure data is updated in the internal system accurately and to ensure forecast for each renewal is managed for the subsequent quarters.
- Provide various reports related to KPI’s like target vs achievement, forecast vs achievement, renewal pipeline coverage etc. to the sales management
- Should be extremely good at Microsoft Excel
- Work with Regional Sales Operations and Systems team to ensure renewal data is accurate in the system.
- Work closely with internal teams like licensing operations, legal and finance.
