What you’ll do

We’re looking for an Engagement Manager to lead sales and business development efforts for broad range of consulting services. Will be responsible of build positive client relationships. Should assess the clients' needs, identify customer requirements, and develop services proposals that match them.

 

You will:

  • Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact from services point of view.
  • Responsible for developing business and creating consulting engagement opportunities with customer stakeholders (IT and business/ enablers and practitioners) to ensure enablement of assigned customers
  • Manage ongoing services engagements as well as generate new services revenue resulting from continuous engagements with assigned customers
  • Identify upselling opportunities.
  • Address customer requirements with speed and efficiency
  • Identify new opportunities in existing customers
  • Help Account Executives to develop business (soft/services) in customers in a coordinated way.
  • Ability to create a vision and articulate the value of Consulting Services to CXO level customer stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management (CXO) levels

The nice to haves

  • Experience in same position in other software or IT Services company.
  • Thorough domain and industry expertise (Telco and/or Finance and/or Government)
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or Business.
  • To have your own customer contact list

 

Other knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Excellent facilitation skills, including meeting content/agenda and proactive/creative management of issues.
