Business Value Specialist

This position can be based in every office in EMEA and will be initially filled for 12 month.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain business case models within the Visualize ROI tool for use in Sales, Marketing & Customer Success
  • Collect metrics and benchmarks from customer reference stories, analysts and Customer Success to populate the models
  • Develop and Deliver enablement in the usage of VisualizeROI, the models built with it and the basic of ROI with Sales, Customer Advisory & Customer Success.
  • Collaborate effectively with BV team members and various internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of models with GTMs
  • Create awareness and drive usage of the service with Sales Teams, Customer Advisory and Customer Success
  • Coach and mentor Sales Teams, Customer Advisory and Customer Success in the usage of VisualizeROI

 

Experience required:

  • Educated to Bachelor’s Degree level or equivalent
  • Strong expertise in the use of Excel
  • A good understanding of the principles of a Return on Investment model and the concepts underpinning it
  • Experience in VisualizeROI or similar ROI tool preferred

  • Curiosity about the dynamics of how business works and how data and analytics can enable change and increase value.
  • Comfortable working with large non-uniform data sets and transforming complex business problems into numerical Excel models
  • Able to quickly understand and then model the ROI of SAS Value Propositions in differing industries and domains
  • Ability to develop and deliver training to non-technical staff
  • Highly numerate and literate
  • Ability to understand the portfolio of SAS solutions and the impact they have on our customers’ business
  • Excellent communication and team working skills – ability to work with a variety of individuals across the SAS businesses in EMEA and AP
