What You’ll Do

 

We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive for our biggest Banking customers. In this role you will be working with large enterprise clients where you will have responsibility for SAS Institute’s value proposition with your customers, managing strategic and tactical governance, co-operating closely with your customers to improve and optimize current business as well as identifying and prioritizing new opportunities.

You will lead, drive and orchestrate the account team, and together with the team manage the entire customer relationship including business planning, sales processes, customer satisfaction and consulting engagements.

 

What we are looking for

  • You have significant, demonstrated experience within Relationship Management and Leadership.
  • You are comfortable to take a clear leadership role throughout the complex sales cycle, from establishing a relationship and discovering an opportunity, via proving value and negotiating business terms, all the way through to delivering the value we promised.
  • You understand how financial services institutions function in order to develop compelling value propositions in a solution mindset and ultimately ensure benefit realization.
  • You are highly motivated, a self-starter, articulate and able to contribute to the transformation of projects in the financial industry.
  • You will benefit from having worked in consulting or account management role, or maybe you have a come from the banking industry.
  • To become successful, you should have an insight into the mechanics of how organizations can get the best out of the solutions proposed. An understanding of change management and how complex projects are procured, including implementation and delivery would be extremely beneficial.
  • Understanding of how agile organisations operate will also be beneficial.
  • Good communications and presentations skills both in Danish and in English
