What you’ll do

 

We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive for our Healthcare customers. In this role you will be working with large enterprise clients where you will have responsibility for SAS Institute’s value proposition with your customers, managing strategic and tactical governance, co-operating closely with your customers to improve and optimize current business as well as identifying and prioritizing new opportunities.

 

You will lead, drive and orchestrate the account team, and together with the team manage the entire customer relationship including business planning, sales processes, customer satisfaction and consulting engagements.

You will be responsible for selling software solutions to existing and potential new customers within the healthcare industry.

 

You will

  • Develop a sales strategy for your territory and manage your sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers in order to reach your goals
  • Identify sales opportunities and act on them
  • Be the point of contact during the customer lifecycle including the implementation phase to ensure client satisfaction
  • Represent SAS at customer events, seminars and similar market initiatives

What we are looking for

  • Considerable experience within solution selling and value based software sales
  • Capable to work in a systematic manner and follow sales processes eg. Proactive Selling
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Experience in contract negotiations regarding solution/IT sales ideally in public procurement processes
  • Great communications skills both in Norwegian and English
