About the job

The Education team is looking for a Senior Customer Training Advisor to represent SAS as a trusted advisor on promoting SAS education services and training opportunities to the prospective and existing customers in Korea. This role represents an exciting opportunity to drive growth for our education business across Korea market.

 

교육영업대표는 SAS교육 제품 교육 서비스를 판매하는 역할을 담당합니다. 교육영업 매출목표를 달성하기 위해 기존 SAS 고객 잠재고객에게 SAS 교육을 홍보하고 교육 기회를 발굴하고 양성하여 교육 제품 서비스를 판매합니다. 포지션은 한국시장에서 교육 비즈니스의 성장을 이끌고 SAS 함께 성장하는 기회가 것입니다.

 

As a Senior Customer Training Advisor, you will:

  • Sell training products and solutions to current and prospective customers; partner with account executives, customer success team, consulting team to position and leverage sales opportunities to acquire, grow and retain customers from (but not limited to) finance, manufacturing, commercial services, government and academic sector.
  • Achieve success by using your consultative skills to effectively manage the sales process from discovery to close.
  • Strategize and implement all aspects of territory and account management and development; Identify opportunities with high “close” potential, qualify and forecast timeframes to close business.
  • Proactively craft and propose solutions that clarify how SAS training offerings can bring business value and address each customer’s critical business challenges. Assist customers in assessing their talent development needs and designing appropriate training solutions.
  • Customize and sell solution and education consulting packages to match account needs with Institute offerings, along with external partnership offerings. Provide support for self-paced e-Learning and learning software products.
  • Provide timely response to potential leads and facilitate on-site training engagements from qualifying and logistics to supervising delivery and follow up.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals as needed; work with cross-functional teams to create and finalize contracts and set time schedules for services.
  • Build customer networks, especially with C-levels and senior executives. Leverage networking skills at SAS events and elsewhere to expand your customer contacts and support the overall mission of helping customers to be successful.
  • Follow up with customers to track satisfaction levels and to uncover additional opportunities.
  • 기존 SAS 고객 잠재 고객을 대상으로 교육 제품 서비스를 판매합니다. 영업대표, 고객 성공 , 컨설팅 , 기술지원팀과 함께 영업 기회를 활용하고 신규 발굴하여 금융, 제조, 서비스, 유통, 정부 대학 부문의 고객을 확보하고 기존 고객을 유지합니다.
  • 효과적인 컨설팅 능력을 기반으로 고객 발견부터 마감까지 영업 프로세스를 효율적으로 관리하여 영업목표 달성합니다.
  • 영업 계정 영업진행을 위한 모든 측면을 전략화하고 구현합니다. 또한 성공적으로 비즈니스 딜을 성사시킬 가능성을 식별하고, 시간계획을 구체화하고 예측합니다.
  • SAS 교육 제안이 비즈니스 가치를 창출하고 고객의 중요한 비즈니스 과제를 해결하는 방법을 명확히 하는 솔루션을 사전에 개발하고 제안합니다. 고객의 인재 개발 요구를 확인하고 적절한 교육 솔루션을 설계할 있도록 지원합니다.
  • 고객사, 학교 기관 외부 파트너의 교육에 적합한 교육 솔루션 교육 컨설팅 패키지를 Customize하여 판매합니다. 자가 학습 방식의 e-Learning 학습 소프트웨어 제품 판매도 지원합니다.
  • 잠재 고객에 대하여 적시에 대응하고, on-site 교육의 교육내용을 구성/평가하고 교육 시간, 장소 등을 용이하게 합니다
  • 고객 특히 경영진 고위 경영진과 네트워크를 구축합니다. SAS 이벤트 기타 이벤트에서 네트워킹 기술을 활용하여 고객 연락처를 확대하고 고객의 성공을 지원합니다.
  • 후속 조치를 통해 고객 만족도를 추적하고 추가 기회를 발견합니다

 

Required Qualifications

  • 5~7 years of experience in selling training solutions, professional services or software into enterprises. Candidate with more/lesser experience may be considered in a role commensurate with their seniority. 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of software/ services acquisition cycles and buying influences.
  • Good understanding on Education as a Service, academy, software and hardware terminology and concepts.
  • Proven ability to utilize solutions-selling methodology, strategic concepts, and advanced sales techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, facilitating and collaborating skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with users and clients in Korean.
  • Ability to travel when required.
