Job Description:

  • Operational support for a variety of services provided by Identiy & Access Management team, supporting both SAS staff and customers.
  • Daily activities will include, but are not limited to, creating new user accounts; processing account disablements; supporting on-going account management needs such as adding/removing entitlements, account resets, changes to attribute data, etc and management of role entitlements.
  • Support List & Group Management,Privilege Access Management (PAM) program
  • Proactive review of accounts, processes, password standards, account-related policies & configurations, access control mechanisms to ensure appropriate controls are in place to protect SAS.
  • Contribute to align to security best practice, mitigate known risks and align with business compliance objectives
  • Respond to security incidents as part of the Incident Response Team.
  • Create and update documentation and train peers.  

Requirement

  • 3+ years of identity & access management experience. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills as you will be interfacing with many internal customers. 
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. 
  • Demonstrate experience with some of the following systems/methodologies or be interested in expanding domainexpertise to include:
  • Active Directory/Azure AD/ Sailpoint/Okta
  • Identity Management & Governance
  • Enterprise ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, O365)
  • ITIL 
  • Willing to work in shifts to provide 24x7 shift-work coverage to support the global nature of the business.
  • Location: Pune, India

 

Mandatory Technical Skills

Operational knowledge of Identiy & Access Management concepts like directory services, role-based access control,single sign-on, multi-factor authentication and tools like Active Driectory / Sailpoint.
