The Human Resources team is responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where employees can thrive and reach their full potential. We manage key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, career progression, employee engagement, total rewards, and offboarding, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Our goal is to align people strategies with organizational goals, driving both individual and business success.

 

As an HR intern, you might: 

  • Respond to employee queries and provide assistance on HR-related matters, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, events, and recognition programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on employees in our HR systems, ensuring complete confidentiality, data integrity and data privacy.
  • Help with preparing, reviewing, and maintaining employee paperwork, such as contracts, amendments, and other employment-related documents.

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Degree Type: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of local labor law and employment regulations.
  • Previous internship experience in Human Resources or a related field.

 

Location: Hybrid workplace model, combining office and remote working. We do have a great offices in Lisbon where you can work from which creates an inspiring working atmosphere.
