Job Description: We are seeking an associate program manager to oversee our internal programs from initiation through completion. This role is crucial in identifying program goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategies, and driving the organization towards its overall goals.

About the team:

the SAS Global Strategic Account Program team is responsible for contributing to the achievement of SAS’ strategic objectives and overall account success through the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy for SAS' Global Strategic Accounts. The team drives the progress of multi-year strategic account plans for Global Accounts to meet and exceed SAS’ customer objectives.

As Associate Program Manager Strategic Accounts  you’ll

Ensure alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives.

• Maintain QBR list by account (attendees, mandatory/optional, time zones, etc.)
• Identify slots and send invites from Strategic Account Mailbox
• Support in providing review material pack to Strategic Account Executives (Excel Workbook, graphs, presentation template)
• Ensure presentation is provided to the audience in advance
• Take and share notes
• Capture status of specific topics during QBRs, summarize, consolidate, and archive
• Build and maintain inventory of diverse information by account
• Work with R&D, Customer Advisory, Customer Success to identify needs, to collect and maintain information proactively
• Build and maintain the reporting and generate monthly financial overview
• Stay current on all industry changes and best practices.
• Learn SAS products, solutions, and processes.
• Collect and analyze standard and non-standard data related to assigned programs.

• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• Business, Economy or STEM degree
