About the job

We are looking for a skilled Boomi Developer with hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API development, integration architecture, and cloud-based system connectivity. You will play a key role in enabling seamless data exchange across enterprise applications, improving operational efficiency, and supporting scalable, secure integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Boomi Integration Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration processes using Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
• Build and manage Boomi Atoms, Molecules, and Cloud Atoms across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
• Develop real-time, batch, EDI, and event-driven integration solutions.
• Implement reusable components and integration best practices.
• Optimize integration performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

API & Web Services

• Design and publish RESTful APIs and SOAP web services using Boomi API Management.
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Keys).
• Create and maintain API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
• Integrate third-party applications (ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms) using REST/SOAP services.
• Apply API governance standards including versioning, throttling, and monitoring.

Architecture & Solution Design

• Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Apply integration design patterns such as Hub-and-Spoke, Pub/Sub, and Event-Driven.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and enterprise standards.

Monitoring & Support

• Monitor integrations using Boomi dashboards and logging frameworks.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve integration failures.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment guides.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs (JSON, HTTP methods, status codes).
• Experience implementing OAuth 2.0 flows (Authorization Code, Client Credentials).
• Working knowledge of SOAP, WSDL, XML/XSD.
• Experience with data formats: JSON, XML, CSV, EDI.
• Familiarity with connectors such as Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, or databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle BI Publisher experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dell Boomi Developer Certification.
• Experience with Boomi Flow, API Management, or Master Data Hub.
• Exposure to MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, or other iPaaS platforms.
• Understanding of microservices and event streaming (Kafka, Azure Service Bus).
• Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Familiarity with identity providers like Okta, Azure AD, Auth0.
