About the job   

The Channel Sales team is seeking a SMB Account Representative / Channel Account Executive (Seller) to drive revenue growth across Channel accounts in the Latam region, with a specific focus on the Financial Services industry. This role owns the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—across SAS software, hosting, education and services, leveraging both direct and partner-led sales motions.

 

You will work closely with partners and internal teams to manage multiple opportunities in parallel, building strong relationships with financial services customers and the partner ecosystem. This role is ideal for a proactive seller who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys creating impact through channels.

 

As a Channel Account Executive (Seller), you will:    

  • Lead the full sales cycle for assigned Channel accounts, from prospecting through closing. 
  • Drive revenue across SAS solutions using direct and partner-led sales models. 
  • Work with partners, internal teams and virtual resources to advance opportunities and close business. 
  • Maintain strong pipeline management and forecast discipline. 
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and partners across the region.

 

Required qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 
  • Proven experience executing sales within a channel model, combining direct sales and partner-led motions, and managing multiple opportunities end-to-end. 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage customers and partners and navigate complex sales cycles across a territory. 
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

 

Additional competencies, knowledge and skills

  • Strong experience operating within a channel sales model, with a solid understanding of partner ecosystems, routes-to-market, and channel dynamics. 
  • Ability to understand SMB customer challenges and effectively position solutions that create clear business value and impact. 
  • Knowledge of analytics, data, or enterprise software sales cycles; familiarity with SAS solutions is a strong plus.
  • Strong professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams
