To reinforce our sales team, we are looking for an Account Manager to grow our business in different domains.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- You build and execute growth plans for accounts in order to achieve revenue targets
- You will implement all aspects of account management, with focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- You provide a lead role in all aspects of account management and coordinate account and business development activities.
- You will prepare and deliver sales calls, presentations, etc. to customers at the highest level of management.
- With the support of pre-sales, you will sell solutions and services, work closely together with them to position and leverage sales opportunities.
- You prepare complex quotations and proposal information as needed
- You will manage day-to-day strategic account business relationships. You will facilitate the creation, implementation and development of strategic, non- standard offerings for long-term strategic win/win results.
- You have experience in account management
- You have knowledge of sales techniques and of hardware/software acquisition cycles and buying influences.
- You have the ability to learn to relate business concepts to SAS system applications and user needs.
- You have the ability to understand financial statements and perform simple financial analysis.
- You understand the business cycles of procurement, budgeting, financial management, etc.
- You build effective working relationship within SAS and with your customers and are able to become the trusted advisor of C-level management.
- You are extremely result driven and are an excellent negotiator.
- You are assertive and dare to share even some challenging views with customers
- You are trilingual (French/Dutch/English)
