    • オフィス管理、増床・移転のサポート
    • リスクマネジメント(企業危機管理/防災・地震対策/BCP等)
    • 社内コミュニケーション施策策定/運営/サポート
    • 全社イベントの企画・運営/サポート
    • 国内外出張手配のシステム運用・管理
    • オフィスのセキュリティ、レセプション、消防、清掃、設備、引越プロジェクトなどファシリティ全般管理/サポート
    • ベンダー/サプライヤー管理と交渉

     

    応募資格

    【必須条件】

    • 総務経験
    • サービス精神、ホスピタリティマインドのある方 
    • 新しい業務(経験したことのない業務)にも前向きに取り組む意欲のある方 
    • 大卒以上

     

    【望ましい経験・スキル】

    • 総務領域での実務経験5年以上
    • ビジネスレベル以上の英語力(会話・メール・資料作成等)
    • 基本的なOAスキル(Outlook, Power Point, Excel
