We are currently seeking an accomplished Account Manager who will have the responsibility of managing clients mainly from the following industriy:

  • Manufacturing

You will have responsibility for the SAS value proposition with your customers, managing strategic and tactical governance, co-operating closely with your customers to improve and optimize current business as well as identifying and prioritising new opportunities. You will manage and orchestrate the sales process of business critical analytical solutions. This will include services as well as securing a long term usage of SAS Solutions that brings clear business value to the customer.

 

Knowledge, Experience and Skills required

  • Knowledge of advanced strategic sales techniques; knowledge of hardware and/or software acquisition cycles and buying influences.
  • Advanced knowledge of industry software and hardware terminology and concepts; knowledge of SAS solutions and services preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strategic selling skills, skills in analyzing and evaluating territory dynamics to develop and implement a sales plan.
  • Ability to initiate and lead projects; ability to work effectively in a team environment; ability to relate technical and business concepts to SAS applications and user needs; ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to travel on a frequent basis.

Experience

 

This position requires preferably a minimum of eight years of experience in the sales of computer software solutions (including related training products and services). Specific industry related experience may be considered in combination with the above requirements.

 

Location


The French HQ is based out of the South West of Paris and you will also be able to utilise our satellite office located in La Défense, which is a modern working environment with superb facilities to promote creativity and collaboration.
