As an Account Executive for Education you will be responsible for direct sales of training products and services to prospective and current accounts.

 

You will work hand in hand with the Consulting Engagement Managers, and support each other when needed

You will be based mainly and have a primary focus on the Belgian & Luxemburg market, but will need to support education sales to our larger accounts in West Region (see WTS below)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing long-term relationships with SAS customers by promoting and selling appropriate SAS learning services
  • Working closely with our customers to determine training needs and advising them on appropriate solutions
  • Assisting customers in assessing their users´ current abilities and training needs
  • Developing new sales and marketing strategies related to training products and services
  • Make the education sales offering known to all sales and account managers
  • Designing customized learning offering taking the customers´ training needs into account
  • Market and competition analysis
  • Preparing standard and non-standard quotations and proposal information as needed; working with other departments to create and finalize contracts
  • Continuous monitoring and development of training projects together with the education team
  • Following up with customers to track satisfaction levels and to uncover additional opportunities
  • Play a leading role in positioning workforce transformation services (WTS), at large and beacon accounts, whilst supporting other educations sales in the region West

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor´s degree in Business, Marketing, Economic or related to the Training business
  • Broad experience in sales of training products and services, including different training formats, services related to workforce transformation, training needs analysis, user adoption services…
  • Knowledge of advanced sales techniques
  • Sales-oriented and goal-driven
  • Ability to work and learn independently ánd to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Very good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in Dutch, French and English
  • Excellent MS Office skills, easy assimilation of new tools
  • Travel as business needs dictate
