Senior Technical Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to join the team in Skanderborg. This person needs to be technically skilled, preferably with a background from a larger company with a complex IT infrastructure. You must have experience with software deployment on a Linux platform and should also be familiar with Windows. Other technical topics of interest are: Operating System tuning, Storage, VMWare, Kerberos, Security models, Databases, TLS and of course knowledge about SAS is an advantage.

As the Senior Technical Consultant, you will work as part of a team of Technical Consultants and Architects in Skanderborg, and will work primarily with Danish customers however you will also get the opportunity to work in other Nordic countries too.

The TAS team covers a wide range of Technical assignments, varying from architectural designs of the infrastructure where the SAS platform resides, over the installation itself, to the tuning om specific elements of the SAS platform and troubleshooting. We are usually involved in the early phases of a project from the planning phase until the installation has been made and handed over to the next phase in the project. But of course we are never letting down a customer or colleague who needs help with a technical question regarding our software.

At present there are 4 people in the team all coming from different backgrounds. One of our common goals is to be trusted advisors to our customers. We work on site at the customer’s as often as possible. Hence a car is required since a lot of our customers are hard to get to by public transportation.

We have a good mix between shorter and longer assignments ranging from a few hours to several months. Typically we are involved in more than one project at a time.

As our new Technical Consultant you need to feel comfortable in a busy environment with a good deal of technical discussions running through the office. We have an informal tone and use each other for sparring and knowledge sharing.

If you think you’re our new colleague, please don’t hesitate to get in touch
