SAS are hiring an Enterprise Negotiator for the Northern European region (UK, Ireland & Nordics) to be responsible for identifying, planning, coordinating, negotiating and implementing strategic agreements for company software, services, and business partner relationships. 

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Full planning and execution responsibility for complex non-standard licenses, analyze proposed pricing and business partner relationships;
  • Assist in long range and strategic planning for non-standard pricing, licensing, and business requirements for strategic agreements;
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of pricing, negotiations, and a high-level knowledge of legal positions from a business perspective, as well as development of creative approaches to all relevant business issues presented;
  • Coordinate information flow to internal clients and furnish advice on non-standard pricing and business issues;
  • Conduct complex, face-to-face negotiations with customer's senior executives to effect non-standard strategic pricing, licensing, and/or business partner arrangements;
  • Assist sales management in non-standard strategic licensing and negotiations as required.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field, you will also have experience of assisting in structuring strategic deals and conducting complex face-to-face negotiations in software.

 

This role will require travel across the Northern Europe region (UK, Ireland and the Nordics) & is based from either our Marlow or London office in the UK.

 

If you have exceptional negotiation skills and can facilitate meetings with the ability to understand and articulate complex business concepts whilst being persuasive and using your excellent business judgment in formulating decisions and positioning strategic alliances with customers and business partners we would love to hear from you!
