Senior Segmentation/Data Analyst

We are now looking for a Senior Segmentation/Data Analyst to provide consultation and resource services on various campaign design and implementation strategies, including; segmentation, email marketing best practices, industry research, campaign logic, data source review, marketing campaign analysis and evaluation and lead management.

 

As the Senior Segmentation/Data Analyst some of your main responsibilities will be to;

  • Lead and/or participates in overall strategy and applies best practices for segmentation. This includes targeting, frequency, order, and timing on all inbound and outbound communications.
  • Develops and implements and/or supports segmentation logic (using SAS products and solutions) that sends the right communication, at the right time, based on customer behaviour, actions, and journey stage.
  • Proactively questions and searches for insights on customer behaviour aligned to customer journey marketing campaigns. Presents data-driven recommendations and strategies to team members and management based on findings. Naturally curious, enjoys finding the meaning behind the data
  • Will provide marketing support as needed for database development, list segmentation, lead nurturing, lead management, analysis, and reporting.

To be successful in your application for the Senior Segmentation/Data Analyst role you must come from a background with segmentation experience in a b2b environment, preferably from a marketing perspective. A high level knowledge of analytical and marketing automation solutions as well as a proven level of customer insight experience is essential. Strong communication skills is a pre requisite, both written and oral, as you will be managing projects, analyse data patterns and liaising with senior customers daily.

A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or other relevant discipline is desirable.
