We are currently seeking a Maintenance Contracts Manager to join our in-house Corporate Services team at our UK head offices in Marlow, based on a 110 acre estate which includes a grade II listed manor house. This is a new position, to be responsible for the day to day efficient delivery of planned, reactive and lifecycle management of all mechanical and engineering systems on site, through a managed service provider, as well as allocation of generalist repair and maintenance tasks throughout the SAS UKI portfolio, which includes offices in London, Manchester, Glasgow, and Dublin.

 

Taking responsibility for the day to day supervision and allocation of tasks to 3 maintenance operatives contracted to SAS, your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Responsible for all maintenance systems and plant, mechanical and electrical, and HVAC
  • The supervision of contractors, ensuring tasks are completed to time and budget and within health & safety standards
  • Sourcing, selecting, and monitoring of contractors
  • Development of PPM systems
  • Responsible for Corporate Services continuity of business plans and recovery of critical systems
  • Responsible for environmental & waste policies and processes

 

 

As the successful candidate, you will be technical qualified in mechanical or electrical engineering, and be familiar with a variety of HVAC and Building Management Systems.  You will have formal Health & Safety qualifications such as IOSH, and have management or supervisory experience. You will be familiar with MS Office packages and be commercially aware.  You may be currently working for a Managed Service Provider seeking a move to an inhouse position, or working for a design & fit out company.
