We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our analytics, AI and data management solutions to the commercial sector. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets.

 

You will:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the commercial sector who can benefit from our analytics, AI and data management solutions.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and pain points, and present tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with customer advisory and consulting team to create compelling proposals and demonstrations for clients.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to successfully close sales deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to the management team.

 

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 10+ years' experience in solutions selling with considerable exposure to some of our key verticals in Hong Kong & Macau, such as telco, retail and hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of analytics, artificial intelligence, data management and their applications in the business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, MIS, or other relevant discipline
  • Proven track record of success in solution selling in commercial sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
