About the job
We’re looking for an Oracle Fusion Systems Analyst to Work on the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP in EMEA.
As an RtR Oracle Fusion Systems Analys, you will:
Support and enhance Oracle Fusion in Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
Identify global system enhancements based on strategic and tactical business needs.
Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specification documents and functional specification documents
Anticipate the needs of the business via identification of system deficiencies & opportunities for system/process improvement
Lead small project efforts end-to-end, as requested.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial applications implementation and support.
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and support, for the RTR workstream.: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, ARCS. This should include at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation
Knowledge to identify Tax, Statutory, Legal and Language requirements as we support and enhance Oracle
Experience with Fusion FBDI templates and related processes to load/stage data
Experience creating reports using Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, BI, FRS, SmartView and basic SQL proficiency
Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in accounting, finance, management information systems or related field.
Excellent communication skills and ability to report in English
Preferred Qualifications
CPA, CMA, PMP certification.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple aggressive deadlines.
Strong written and oral presentation skills.
Ability to conceptualize client needs and translate them into requirements and proposed solution.
Ability to design and conduct end user training.
