About the job

The Licensing Operations team is looking for a Licensing Analyst for aprox. 14 months to oversees and manages all aspects of the administration of new and existing software contracts with customers. 

As a Licensing Analyst, you will:

• Reviews and assesses software contracts to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, company policies and customer expectations.

• Updates internal customer database and maintains associated back-up documentation, in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.

• Proactively identifies and resolves internal coordination issues to meet customer requirements within operational and legal parameters.

• Understands and applies knowledge of company policies and procedures to efficiently manage a variety of types of contracts.

Required Qualifications

• Two years of related contract administration experience, preferably involving computer software or hardware.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
• Developing professional expertise; applies acquired skills and company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
