Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Risk Solutions Sales Specialist with a background in consulting, especially in banking and insurance. This important role connects our sales team with clients. You will help clients understand our risk solutions and how they can benefit their businesses. You need to speak German fluently and understand the German market well.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:

    • Build strong relationships with key clients, such as Risk Officers and Risk Managers.
    • Talk to clients about their business needs and challenges, and explain how our risk solutions can help them.
  2. Sales Collaboration:

    • Work closely with our sales team to find new business opportunities.
    • Help develop strategies to reach potential clients.
  3. Lead Generation:

    • Start lead generation activities to identify new clients interested in risk management solutions.
    • Qualify leads by understanding their specific needs and how our solutions can meet them.
  4. Solution Development and Presentation:

    • Create clear and persuasive sales proposals that show how our risk solutions stand out from competitors.
    • Present our solutions to clients, using real-world examples to illustrate their benefits.
  5. Risk Solution Expertise:

    • Stay informed about the latest trends and challenges in risk management, especially in banking and insurance.
    • Keep updated on regulatory changes that affect our clients.
  6. Sales Facilitation:

    • Help clients through the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
    • Work with other teams to ensure contracts are finalized and services are delivered smoothly.
  7. Post-Sales Support:

    • Make sure clients transition smoothly to our Professional Services team after closing the sale.
    • Keep in touch with clients to ensure they are satisfied and to identify any additional needs.
  8. Feedback for Improvement:

    • Share insights from clients and market observations with our product teams to help improve our risk solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Risk Management Knowledge: Understanding of risk management principles, especially in banking and insurance.
  • Understanding of the German Market: Knowledge of trends, challenges, and regulations affecting the German market.
  • German Language Proficiency: Must speak and write German fluently to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms and build relationships with clients.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Help clients navigate their challenges and find the right solutions for them.
  • Team Player: Work well with others and contribute to team success.
  • Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
