  • Well versed with Sales processes along with solution selling experience in Risk management Solutions to Government Enterprises like Co operative banks, Psu's etc.
  • Domain knowledge of Risk Solution is a must.
  • Maintain a high level of relevant product and service knowledge in Risk Management space to have meaningful conversations with potential and existing clients
  • Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, market pricing, and strategy and how to penetrate a new market
  • Proven experience in selling software, solutions and services to current and prospective customers; ability to drive the opportunity independently and manage all internal & external stake holders effectively.
  • Collaboration with field Account Executives to sell software, solutions and/or services to current and prospective customers.
  • Initiates and supports lead generation activities. Integrates strategy into overall account plan. Qualifies leads by analyzing business drivers and technical fit.
  • Strong customer connect, relationship management skills, partner management skills, end to end sales cycle experience, hunting and farming exp.
  • Candidate will be intensely involved in business process consulting; to define the problem, propose and create the solution
  • Prospects within a territory or account to uncover business needs.
  • Implements aspects of territory and account management and development; identifies accounts with high "close" potential, qualifies, advances opportunity through milestone steps of sales cycle and forecast time frames to close business within Orion with Sales and Pre-Sales team
  • Works closely with pre-sales resources and executives to facilitate timely response to highly qualified, high revenue potential opportunities.
  • Prepares standard quotations and proposal information as needed; works with other departments to create and finalize contracts and set time schedules for delivery services.
  • Follows up with customers to track satisfaction levels and to discover additional revenue opportunities.
  • Develops a basic understanding of company pricing, licensing procedures and approvals matrix.
  • Fully utilizes account planning process and tools (Account Plans and Opportunity Plans within BASE).
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.
