Within our EMEA/ APAC-wide Internship Program CareerStart@sas we’re offering a 6-month full-time internship in our Customer Advisory Department as a Customer Advisory intern in our Prag office.

 

About the job 

 

The Customer Advisory team is the bridge between the real-world and technology, connecting the dots in what our customers needs and how it can be achieved better with SAS analytical platform and solutions built on it. We inspire customers with what is possible, understand whare they are and want to go and choose the right mix of technology. And in plenty of cases we build a prototype, proof of concept or demonstrate in a lab, to prove the value.

 

As an intern, you might:

  • Build a demo environment for certain customer usecase, going across the analytical competencies.
  • Implement instances of SAS Viya, including our solutions for Model Management and Data Management.
  • Integrate SAS technologies with external services, like OpenAI APIs or open-source based models.
  • Interact with international teams from product development or global practices to share and gain needed information.
  • Discuss the deal strategy with extended team, including professional services, customer success and other roles.
  • Learn to work and interact in multi stakeholder environments

Required Qualifications 

  • You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program. 
  • You've got curiosity and some experience in working with data and AI models.
  • Programing experience in Python or R.
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do. 
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. 
  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology. 

Preferred Qualifications 

Basic knowledge of Python, R, or SAS is preferred.  

 

CareerStart program date and location: Tentatively April 1 – September 30 (Dates can change slightly due to academic calendars.). Our role is based in SAS Prag office in a hybrid work setting.
