Customer Advisory Intern

The Customer Advisory Teams are SAS Solution experts, who have the power to simplify and communicate to the customers complex technical issues in an easy way. The best collaborator of the salespeople, always ready to discover, study and learn something new in our Solutions and customer domain. The teams create proof of concepts to demonstrate how SAS Solution can solve business problems and reach customer needs. 

 

As an intern, you might: 

  • Have responsibilities to conduct research work in the space of Digital Marketing
  • Study Global Martech vendors capabilities and map against SAS solutions
  • Have opportunity to understand Marketing Technologies and use cases for varied industries, specifically focusing on BFSI
  • Learn the dynamic and ever evolving space of Customer Experience (CX) and how it impacts business objectives of organizations

 

Required Qualifications 

  • MBA in Marketing
  • Valid Course in Digital Marketing space (optional)
  • You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating prior to December 2025.
  • Essential skills/qualifications?

You've got experience on working in digital marketing space – SEO, SEM, Social media marketing

Exposure to Martech solutions like Adobe, Google, Salesforce, etc.

Understanding of CRM and CVM space (optional)

  • Strong communication skills in country-specific language(s) – both written and verbal.
  • Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you’ll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.
  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do. 

 

Base Location & Work Arrangement: Mumbai, India | On-site

 

 

Internship Timeframe: April – October 2025
