The Canadian Campaign Management team is part of the North Americas Field Marketing Organization and is responsible for building and activating global and local, multi-channel marketing campaigns that are innovative and differentiating in the market. We drive pipeline and ultimately sales revenue by building demand generating campaigns and working across Marketing functions to execute them.


As an intern, you might:

  • Provide event support and logistics such as pre-event planning, on-site logistics and post event analysis
  • Work with campaign marketers and sales teams to support prospecting campaigns, writing nurture campaign and measure results
  • Support contact retention campaigns in conjunction with CASL guidelines
  • Create marketing newsletters, write articles and provide summaries of our marketing activities that will be shared with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Support social media campaign efforts, utilizing tools for social media amplification on our SAS channels
  • Help produce webinars for our prospects, using the On24 webinar platform
  • Source event activation initiatives to drive engagement and boost brand awareness

 

Required Qualifications

  • You’re an undergraduate or graduate student studying Business, Marketing, or Communications, not graduating prior to December 2025
  • You've got great communication skills – both written and verbal; you are a natural at communicating and you enjoy working and communicating with a lot of different people and roles
  • You have practical event, social media or promotional experience inside or outside of school or work. This could include organizing events, coordinating volunteer efforts, writing content or using social media channels for promotion
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Preferred experience writing social media posts, and leveraging social media channels
  • Preferred experience organizing events for school or work projects

 Timeline

  • Internship dates: Beginning of May 2025 thru August 2025. We can be flexible on start date if your university is on a quarter system.
