Opportunity 

 

Within our EMEA/ APAC-wide Internship Program CareerStart@sas we’re offering a 6-month internship and a traning program to join our SAS team. 

 

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an analytics software and AI international company and to contribute to impactful projects.

 

Starting date: April/May 2025

You can join one of this areas during the internship depending on your background and interest: 

 

Marketing 

The Marketing team is responsible for aligning the strategic marketing plans around a key initiative, product line, business unit and/or beacon account to SAS’s overall sales and marketing strategy. You can look forward to project work ownership from start to finish, gaining experience around campaign and Go-to-Market approaches. This is a fantastic opportunity for top talents who'd like to join our innovative Marketing department.

 

Technical Consultant 

The Technical Consultant has a very central role in the planning, design, installation, and optimization of SAS solutions to various customers. You will be the one that sets up, configures, and tweaks the software so that it runs as good as it can for the customer. 

 

Customer Advisor 

The Customer Advisory Teams are SAS Solution experts, who have the power to simplify and communicate to the customers complex technical issues in an easy way. The best collaborator of the salespeople, always ready to discover, study and learn something new in our Solutions and customer domain. The teams create proof of concepts to demonstrate how SAS Solution can solve business problems and reach customer needs. 

 

Technical Support Consultant 

As a passionate problem solver, your regular activities will include evaluating, setting, and managing customer reported problems including escalation activities and communications. You’ll never stop learning and will be encouraged to bring your best to work every day.  

 

Required qualifications:

  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do. 
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. We’re a global company, English is a key.
  • Team work abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you’ll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.
  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
  • You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program at the end of course. Or, you are a fresh graduate.
  • Target majors include all the STEM faculties, Quantitative Finance or equivalent.

 

Preferred qualifications

Basic knowledge of Python, R, SQL, SAS is preferred.
