SENIOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Brief:
• Responsible for smooth operations of Administration & Facilities.
• Should have excellent knowledge, competence and experience in managing all Administration &
Facilities responsibilities including Housekeeping, E&M Equipment, Fire & Safety systems,
Cafeteria, Security, Courier, Stationary, Pantry, Event Management, Co-ordination with Landlord
and Vendor management, billing & payments, asset management, maintenance management,
purchases etc.
• Build relationship with employees and stakeholder influences that characterize partnership,
cooperation and trust.
• Point of contact for internal and/or external guests while providing excellent customer service
• Sense of ownership required. Should be a self-starter, initiator. Should be a team player. Should
be able to independently manage responsibilities and programs.
• Coordinates interviews, guest arrivals, and new hires/contractors
Requirement:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in handling Administration & Facilities operations in a reputed IT
Organization.
• Should have sound knowledge of MS Office. Should have excellent interpersonal, verbal and
written communication skills.
• Process oriented.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates full accountability and ownership of actions and performance.
• Responds quickly—Takes immediate action when confronted with a problem or when made
aware of a situation.
• Sets standards for excellence—Establishes criteria and/or work procedures to achieve a high level
of quality, productivity, or service.
• Ensures high quality—Dedicates required time and energy to assignments or tasks to ensure that
no aspect of the work is neglected; works to overcome obstacles to completing tasks or
assignments.
• Ability to give attention to details and accuracy.
• Data Management and MIS reporting.
• Vendor Management.
