About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive / Team Leader to join our Sales team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will take ownership of named accounts within the Banking, Energy/Utilities, Telecom, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors. The primary focus will be on building and nurturing strategic relationships, driving new business development, and expanding existing accounts.

Please note, we are not specifically looking for a public sector specialist. While experience in at least one of these sectors—Banking, Energy/Utilities, Telecom, Retail, or Manufacturing—is preferred, we value strong capability in managing complex software sales and strategic account growth overall.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full sales cycle for SAS solutions, translating technical and business value into successful sales.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of named accounts within the sectors mentioned above.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, pre-sales, and executives to respond to high-potential leads and opportunities.
  • Achieve and surpass revenue targets, leveraging strategic account management.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients and foster relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in managing and closing complex software sales with named accounts.
  • Experience in building relationships and solving business challenges within at least one of the following sectors: Banking, Energy/Utilities, Telecom, Retail, or Manufacturing.
  • Fluent proficiency in Polish and English (written and verbal).
  • Curiosity, authenticity, accountability, and a passion for sales and customer success.
