We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our MarTech integration strategy. In this role, you will be at the forefront of extending our platform’s ecosystem, ensuring seamless connectivity with key marketing technology solutions while empowering customers to customize their own integration needs by providing a flexible framework
You will collaborate with engineering, partner teams, and customers to create robust integration frameworks, APIs, and tools that enhance platform interoperability and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for 3rd party MarTech integrations aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize integration opportunities with popular MarTech solutions including Ad Platforms, Marketing Cloud Solutions and Channel Vendors).
- Develop features and frameworks that allow customers to create and manage their own integrations seamlessly.
- Define metrics for monitoring integration performance and improve the integration ecosystem based on insights.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, workflows, and architecture for integrations.
- Work closely with other Product teams to make sure we take advantage of integrations across our entire portfolio including Multi-Channel Marketing Hub, Decisioning and Marketing Analytics
- Act as a liaison for technical discussions, ensuring alignment with partner capabilities and customer expectations.
- Promote product releases within SAS and to customers, gathering feedback to ensure successful adoption and continuous enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working in SaaS Marketing platforms or MarTech products.
- Proven track record of managing integrations with 3rd party platforms or building integration ecosystems.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
- Familiarity with popular MarTech solutions and customer data ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Google Ads, Segment).
