The Education Team is looking for a visionary Manager, Education Business Development to drive strategic initiatives, build partnerships, and lead transformative projects in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa.  Are you ready to shape the future of education in one of the most exciting and diverse regions? As a Manager, Education Business Development – Middle East, Turkey and Africa you will:

• Achieve education orders and renewals, aligning with sales goals across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa.
• Build and manage relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to expand our Education Services footprint.
• Lead market analysis, identify customer needs, and oversee strategic initiatives that keep us ahead of industry trends.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor top talent in education sales, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other business units to ensure alignment and share best practices across regions.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, manage resources effectively, and uphold the highest standards of sales methodologies and practices.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Leadership Skills and the ability to work with and lead a team, demonstrating strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Industry Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of at least one industry or market segment and familiarity with corporate/government software and hardware acquisition cycles.
• Proficiency in strategic sales techniques and principles, particularly within the training/services and software industry.
• Strong ability to calculate returns on investment for strategic sales engagements.
• Ideally a business or technical degree. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications
• Fluent in Turkish and English. An additional language like Arabic would be an advantage.
