What you’ll do  
 
The Regional Onsite Support Team in Copenhagen is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of client computing devices, ie. Laptop, iPhone, meeting room equipment.  Supporting our employees and IT operations including, hardware support, asset management, on/off boarding tasks, meeting room equipment support, event support, supplier engagement, stock control, communications to the business etc.
 
As a student worker, you might:
  • Help with the roll out of iPhone upgrade.
  • Support replacement of hardware, troubleshooting and reporting issues to Dell support.
  • Uphold the internal asset management system.
  • Work in ServiceNow (ticket handling system) you recieve training.
  • As a student worker you are part of a Nordic team - You are a team player.
 
Required Qualifications
  • You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program.
  • Targets majors include all the STEM faculties.
  • You can speak Danish fluently. 
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. 
  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
  • In conclusion, we recognize your role as a vital link between our users and the technology. Your strong social skills and ability to interact effectively with users are evident. The remaining aspects of the job will be learned through on-the-job training.
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Skills – willingness to learn, good problem-solving skills and communication skills are essential. 
  • Technologies – good understanding of Office 365 products.  We use ServiceNow and Azure as our main platforms – experience of these is beneficial but not essential. 
Program dates: and location: We're looking for a student worker who can join us as soon as possible and stay with us long-term. The role is based onsite at our SAS Copenhagen office, with opportunity to work 15 hours a week.
