About the job

The SAS Consulting Sales team is looking for an Engagement Manager to drive customer success, foster long-term relationships, and promote the adoption of our technologies. Our team is passionate about innovation and collaboration, delivering impactful solutions that help our clients unlock the full potential of their data

 

As an Engagement Manager, you will:

  • Identify and create new consulting opportunities, ensuring our solutions meet the clients' digital transformation and data analytics needs.
  • Oversee project execution, always looking for new opportunities to generate additional revenue.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the client’s organization, providing solutions that address their strategic needs.
  • Communicate the value of our consulting services to senior executives (CXOs), demonstrating how our solutions fit within their business strategies.
  • Manage service revenue targets, including developing the opportunity pipeline, conducting risk assessments, and forecasting revenue.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver the best value proposition to clients

 

Required Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in consulting, service sales, or business development in the technology or analytics sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Communication and presentation skills, with experience in engaging with senior executives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish and English
  • Proven success in managing strategic accounts and developing relationships with clients
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAS solutions or analytics services
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese.
