About the job

 

The Sales Operations team are hiring a Sales/Business Operations Specialist, based from Istanbul Türkiye, to directly support META (Türkiye, Upper Gulf & ROMEA) sales business operations in an effort to achieve the strategic goals of the organization. Leveraging domain and industry expertise the role will include research, analysis and coordination to support initiatives including budgeting, project management and strategic planning.   

 

In this role you'll:

 

  • Support the development and execution of the sales business strategies and objectives and regularly report on the status to sales region management.
  • Enable and support the sales business to operate more efficiently and effectively via aligned goals, integrated systems, insightful data, and consistent policies and processes.
  • Perform research, analysis, coordination and reporting of the forecasting cycle and achievements in support of sales divisional activities
  • Create and produce business reports and analysis on relevant areas of the organization and share them with appropriate stakeholders e.g. Sales Account Executives and Country Managers
  • Enhance pipeline hygiene by performing reviews with the business
  • Run Annual Business Planning reviews covering segmentation, quota modelling & territory hierarchy updates
  • Liaise with Comp Hub on compensation matters of the region
  • Identify and analyze the business needs of the sales business unit to develop plans for continuous improvement

 

Required qualifications:

 

  • 3-5 years relevant sales operations experience within an IT/Tech company, ideally SaaS based
  • Experience of working closely with Region Sales Teams and Country Managers
  • Have experience in Business Planning and Forecasting, Pipeline Hygiene, Reporting & Analysis, Sales Quota and Compensation  
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and wider MS Office Suite
  • Dynamic personality and ability to proactively coordinate/lead multiple initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal - Fluent in English and Turkish
