The Global Business Value Team is responsible for helping sales and pre-sales teams close deals and generate revenue aligning SAS’ value proposition to customer needs by building compelling business cases and customer research. The Business Value Team also helps Customer Success with value realization and collecting and recording SAS platforms and solutions that can feedback into the Sales cycle.

  

As an intern, you might help with one or more of the following projects:  

Prompt building and agent development:

  • FAQ / Helpdesk copilot chatbot for Business Value Navigator value management platform , guiding people to the right models, sources, how-tos etc.
  • Various guidance agents like e.g. to extract information from GenAI study to provide conversation guides for AEs

Research support, particularly on Platinum account research

  • Planned reports where a significant amount of work will be present after Annual reports are published - financial summary and detailed account report validation of figures
  • Explore ways to gather reliable information that can be used for non-public organizations
  • Provide support for account reviews – analyst reviews and market data analysis
  • Running agents to generate reports – Account planning agent or similar

  Benchmarking and Analyst Research

  • Analyze analyst research on SAS and competitor market – find and record benchmarks
  • Collaborate with other VE team members and Customer Success on value realization efforts

 

Required Qualifications  

  • Degree Type: Bachelors degree (Maths, Economics, Engineering) + MBA
  • Targeted majors:  Maths, Economics, Engineering, MBA  
  • IF STUDENT PROFILE: You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program.  
  • Prompt Engineering, developing AI agents (code/no-code), business research, MS Power Apps, MS Office
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.  
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.  
  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.  

  

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Some exposure to new technology platforms like N8N, Bolt, MS CoPilot etc., for agent development will be helpful
  • Foundational knowledge of SAS, Databricks, Cloud Providers analytics platforms will be helpful
