We’re offering a 6-month full-time internship in our SMB Account Representative team in Germany

   

SBM Account Representative Internship

Are you passionate about sales and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment?

Join us as an SBM (Small and Medium Business) Account Representative Intern and play a key role in driving growth into these customer segments.

What you’ll do: As an intern in this role, you will support the end-to-end sales process for small and medium businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Cold calling potential clients to introduce our solutions and generate interest.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, under the guidance of experienced mentors.
  • Collaborating with partners to co-sell and co-engage in customer opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Contributing to pipeline development and supporting strategic initiatives to grow the SMB segment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, curious, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and German

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop core sales skills, gain exposure to partner ecosystems, and make a real impact in a high-growth area of the business.

   

Required Qualifications   

  • Degrees in Economic, Management, Engineer or other Faculty

  • Sales attitude

  • Strong communication skills in German and English 

  • You take accountability by stepping up, taking initiative, and going the extra mile to deliver results.

  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology. 

  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.   

  

Preferred Qualifications   

  • Experience with BI tools and reporting

  

Location   

  •  Heidelberg -Germany

  • On-site in office 3 Days a Week 

  • Remote 2 Days a Week   

   

CareerStart Program dates: Tentatively April 1 – September 30
