About the job

The Benelux HR team is looking for an HR Coordinator, based from our Huizen office in the Netherlands. You will be joining our Benelux team which consists of HR Business Partners and the HR Manager. Our team is focused on shaping an employee experience that’s authentic, inclusive, and future‑focused in the Netherlands and Belgium. 

 

You’ll be the go‑to HR coordinator for the Benelux, ensuring smooth processes and warm, consistent communication.

As an HR Coordinator, you will:

    • Prepare and manage HR letters & documentation (incl. parental leave, status changes, agreements)
    • Support onboarding and offboarding experiences that feel welcoming and organized
    • Maintain various HR systems (Workday, ADP etc.) and produce HR reporting
    • Coordinate internal communications across teams and leaders
    • Manage insurance and pension plans administration
    • Handle visa and right‑to‑work processes
    • Administer payroll input
    • Responsible for coordinating internal audits and managing external surveys to ensure compliance and gather market insights
    • Responsible for managing and maintaining absence records
    • Oversee policy alignment
    • Organize HR engagement activities 
    • Other related HR administration
    • Support Human Resources Business Partner in various projects

 

Required qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in the HR operations or HR Administration.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Strong communication skills and a discreet, proactive work attitude
  • You work in a structured manner and have strong time-management skills
  • Experience in payroll is welcomed 

Benefits highlights (based on full time)

  • Full time is 37,5 hours per week
  • Salary Range: €3.000-3.400 per month gross (depending on experience)
  • You will be eligible to 31 vacation days;
  • You will be eligible to 0,5 day off on your birthday (week days)
  • You will be eligible to receive a bonus plan
  • SAS pays the full pension contribution
  • We offer a collective health insurance plan. SAS reimburses EUR 147,37 gross per month, provided you switch to our collective health insurance. Potentially you will also receive a fixed reimbursement for your partner
  • You will be eligible for an internet allowance of EUR 35,00 net per month
  • You will be eligible for travel allowance, based on 31 cents per kilometer and commuting frequency
