The Customer Intelligence Team is looking for a Business Solution Manager.

As Business Solutions Manager you’ll be the go‑to expert helping our clients turn data and analytics into smarter, more personal customer experiences. You’ll partner closely with sales, customers, and internal teams to spot opportunities, shape solutions, and bring ideas to life through impactful demos, presentations, and conversations. From discovery to deal close, you’ll translate real business needs into powerful, data‑driven marketing solutions—and help build long‑term, trusted relationships along the way.

 

As a Business Solution Manager Customer Intelligence:


You’re curious by nature and passionate about digital marketing and analytics. With solid experience in complex, data‑driven solutions, you’re comfortable blending business thinking and technical know‑how. You enjoy working with clients, telling compelling stories through solutions, and collaborating across teams. You’re proactive, authentic, and love staying on top of industry trends to turn them into real opportunities.

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in a presales or consultant role
  • Expert and proven technical background with experience of designing and architecting complex data-driven digital marketing solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing (marketing campaign, marketing 360, etc) coupled with a technical background.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Analytics.
  • Some programming skills for prototype development and product demonstrations. • Ability to relate technical concepts to SAS applications and user needs. •
  • Ability to work and learn on your own and as part of a team. •
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Digital Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or other quantitative field related to area of assignment •
  • Excellent problem solving, written, oral and interpersonal skills
  • English and Polish fluent
