Opportunity:
We're seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, to help drive strategies that’ll attract the best and brightest talent to SAS. If you have a proven track record for delivering results and have a knack for building strong, connected partnerships, we want you to be part of our collaborative, data-driven, and high-energy recruitment team.
What you'll do
- Manage full life cycle of recruitment process from discovery meeting with hiring manager, sourcing and screenings candidates, submitting the most qualified candidates to hiring team, participating in the interview process, hiring decision, and completing offer negotiations.
- Source both active and passive candidates through multiple channels with a focus on presenting a diverse slate of candidates.
- Create and implement data driven recruitment strategies to identify the best talent in the market.
- Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
- Develop and implement cost effective sourcing and advertising that will minimize the time it takes to fill positions.
- Provide an exceptional experience to your internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Create employer branding campaigns to promote the company image to candidates and external service providers.
- Meet and exceed established service level agreements.
- Serve as a trusted business advisor and subject matter experience in talent and recruitment strategies.
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working as a sales or technical recruiter – ideally having worked in an agency and in-house MNC environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Sales technology space and various streams within IT in Japan.
- Source both active and passive candidates through multiple channels with a focus on presenting a diverse slate of candidates
- Drive employee referral campaigns within business units
- Create and implement data driven recruitment strategies to identify the best talent in the market
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- Strong people skills and able to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong time management, attention to detail and strong multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
